A representative from our team will meet with you at your home, view your project space, and brainstorm ideas that you have for the project. If you have pictures or ideas of what you are looking for, you can have them ready at your appointment to share. If you are in need of ideas, we will bring catalogs with material options and photos to help guide your decision-making process.

2 Written Estimate

You will receive a line itemized estimate of the project scope within 3 to 4 days. With your estimate, you will also receive a basic drawing to illustrate the project specifications. If you are interested in using our company to complete your project after you have reviewed the estimate we will move on to next steps and contract signing.

3 Signing the Contract/
Choosing Finishes

Once you decide to move forward with your project, we will send you
a warranty agreement contract and budget to sign. At this time you will be required to provide a deposit payment. This payment will place you on our work calendar and get you scheduled for a projected start time. An appointment will be scheduled to make final choices on product materials, colors, etc.

4 2D / 3D Design

As a part of your estimate, you have the option for a 2D blueprint design or a 3D rendering to show your project. These options provide our clients the ability to visualize the possibilities for their projects.

5 Construction
Walk-Through

Before work begins, a construction walk-through will be completed with the homeowner, project manager, and salesperson. Need assistance dealing with your HOA? No, problem. We will also help submit HOA applications and permits if needed to keep your project moving forward.

6 Work
Begins

When work begins on your project, a project manager will come to your home. The project manager will be there to ensure that the project is completed according to the design provided. Your contract will show a progressive payment plan that can be fulfilled throughout the time your project is in progress. After your project is completed, you will have a meeting to do a final walkthrough. At this time, we will ensure that the project was completed as designed and that you are completely satisfied with our work. A final payment can be made when the project is complete.
