Our Process
In home Consultation
A representative from our team will meet with you at your home, view your project space, and brainstorm ideas that you have for the project.
Written Estimate
You will receive a line itemized estimate of the project scope within 3 to 4 days. With your bid, you will also receive a basic drawing to illustrate the project specifications.
2D/3D Design
As a part of your bid, you have the option for a 2D blueprint design or a 3D rendering to show your project. These options provide our clients the ability to visualize the possibilities for their projects.
Construction Walthrough
Before work begins, a construction walk-through will be completed with the homeowner, project manager, and salesperson.
Work Begins
When work begins on your project, a project manager will come to your home. The project manager will be there to ensure that the project is completed according to the design provided.

4 Reasons to Build a Deck with Us

You won't see any screw holes!
We use hidden fasteners on our stairs and border boards that are surface screwed. We use cortex plugs, so you can't see any holes in your new deck!

We offer single borders on all of our decks at no extra charge.
We do not stagger our deck boards. We use breaker boards so that when they expand and contract, they do not buckle into one another and fail.

Our standard stairs are wider.
The minimum width we build on stairs is 4' wide.

We use premium framing lumber KDAT.
KDAT stands for Kiln dried after treatment, which means all the extra moisture is taken out of the board after they receive treatment so that when we build your new frame, it isn't sobbing wet and drying out after the fact. This means less cracking, creaking, shrinking, or twisting when it is drier.
